Ficzere Lajos: The socialist state enterprise (Budapest, 1974)

LAJOS FICZERE ÜÜ50CML1ST STATE ENTERPRISE The legal status of the socialist state enterprise and the legal order of enterprise management within the scope, and under conditions, of the reform of economic management involve a number of questions that call for thorough examination. Approach to these is made from definitions of the types of enterprises, among which the state enterprise receives particular attention. The alternatives of the statutory regulation of enterprise autonomy, and the guarantees of securing such autonomy are discussed in the context of the relationship between state enterprises and administrative bodies. Dealing with the legal order of enterprise management, the author outlines the growth of the planning investment, technological development of power, and the main aspects of the system of income regulation and enterprise interest. The present study profits extensively from the experiences obtained in other socialist countries which have effectuated similar, and also dissimilar, methods of statutory regulations.
