Recent Developments of Neurobiology in Hungary VI. NEURAL AND NEUROHUMORAL ORGANIZATION OF MOTIVATED BEHAVIOUR Edited by K. Lissák The sixth volume of the series of “Recent Developments of Neurobiology in Hungary” contains the unabridged texts of the lectures delivered at the 4th Symposium of the INTER MOZG (INTERBRAIN) Problem Committee, held in May 19-23, 1975 in Pécs, Hungary. The symposium was organized within the scope of one of the special topics fostered by INTERMOZG “Neural and Neuro-, humoral Organization of Motivated Behaviour”. The introductory speech of Professor Grastyán (Pécs) was followed by fourteen lectures representing different aspects of problems within the general field of motivation-emotion and different (behavioural, electrophysiological and neurobiochemical) approaches of motivation. The scientific part of the meeting was closed by the concluding remarks of Academician Asratyan (Moscow). It is the duty of the INTERMOZG Problem Committee, to promote and instigate research in various fields of neurobiology, and to organize and coordinate active cooperation between the laboratories belonging to Academies of Sciences of socialist countries.
