I. SZÁSZY INTERNATIONAL LABOUR LAW A Comparative Survey The author discusses the basic principles and the most important enactments on the field of labour law of the socialist and western legal systems. He also deals with the problems of determination of applicable labour law in case when the labour relation is in connection with several legal systems. The book is a comparative study giving information about labour laws in various countries and at the same time it is a comprehensive study on questions connected with the conflict of laws in this field. In the Introduction the concept, subject-matter, denomination of international labour law, its sources and literature are treated. The General Part discusses problems connected with the application of the rules of labour law (connecting factors, autonomy of the parties, determination of the lex laboris, conflicts of the first and second degree, classification and characterization, renvoi, preliminary question, public policy, etc.). The Special Part deals with the statics (concept and elements) and dynamics (establishment, modification and termination) of the individual labour relationship; the statics and dynamics of the collective labour relationship; the legal regulation of social insurance relations; and the legal regulation of procedural relations.
