ANDOR WELTNER: FUNDAMENTAL TRAITS OF SOCIALIST LABOUR LAW WITH SPECIAL REGARD TO HUNGARIAN LEGISLATION This thorough analysis of socialist labour law, labour contract and employment makes the reader acquainted with the salient problems of labour law from the aspects of legal policy. It contains detailed discussions of socialist economic organizations, the system of regulation of socialist labour law, in particular the ways and means of regulation at the enterprise level, the forms of agreement by collective bargaining, labour safety regulations of the enterprises, etc. An exposition follows of the socialist labour contract, its economic-social functions and theoretical background. The most important question of socialist employment, in particular those implied in the termination of employment, have been expatiated upon. The analysis deserves special attention as a first attempt at stating the problems treated in the light of the new method of economic management.
